Stop lying

It is easy to just come up with a white lie to avoid a conflict or conversation with someone, but you spend enormous amounts of energy trying to recall the small lies you’ve told and to whom. Face the confrontation up front and deal with it. The time you spend organising your lies could have been better spent on positive thoughts and more efficient working hours.

And in general people just appreciate honesty a lot more.
